Fast, respectful process with an excellent human touch.
The complete process consisted of 4 virtual interview stages, followed by a fifth step focused on credentials verification:
1. Recruiter Screening (Initial alignment call).
2. Technical Manager Interview.
3. Hiring Manager Interview.
4. Final Interview with the Engineering VP.
5. Background Check.
I went through the process with Anna as the Recruiter, who was very supportive during every single phase. She was highly attentive to my questions and provided all the necessary information in a timely and accurate manner, which brought a lot of peace of mind and clarity to the process.
