Begins with a five minute screening interview to essentially make sure you're a real person and capable of communicating. Second interview is 30-45 minutes. It consists of questions about your resume, questions about conflict resolution in past group/team oriented work, and about past projects you have worked on.
Make sure to know the details regarding any past projects/work interactions very well, as the interviewer I had asked me questions about a project I had worked on nearly a year prior. It was my mistake in bringing up said scenario as I hadn't expected him to delve so deeply into the details, but it is what it is. I got tripped up as he asked for details that I hadn't thought to brush up on. I wasn't offered a third interview and I believe my forgetfulness was a major contributor to that, as the interview had gone well up to that point.

I had a talk with HR manager. This is the first stage of the interview. I did not have experience using Appian platform.
This was general conversation about myself, my education and experience which quite little because I recently graduated. The most important that HR wanted to hear that I am happy to shift my interests from coding to Appian platform which is low-code (no code). Also, have some conversation about what I know AI, AWS and Linux. Important to show the interest in Appian platform and technology the use the most AI, AWS and Linux. It got me to second stage where I need to dive deeper in these technologies with more technical person.
