The entire process spanned 2 to 3 months across four interview rounds: HR, peers, the direct supervisor, and the CEO. One key takeaway from the experience was just how data-driven both the team and the leadership are.

Interview process is really aweful, vice president needs to review all candiates and challenge everything no matter how reasonable you are. A role play is a must, vice president will act at a terrible manager and keep rejecting what you said.
5 rounds total. Started with a brief HR phone screen (mostly background confirmation since I was referred). Then a live online coding round where you're given a messy repo and asked to implement several ML-related features — any AI tools are allowed. The third round was a technical discussion covering past experience and agentic AI system design. Round four was with the Team Lead, mixing a data analysis scenario with behavioral questions. The final round was with the Engineering Lead, focusing on past experience, stress tolerance, and hands-on AI tool usage.
