Hi i was interviewed In July 2015 for HCM lead position. I had clearly mentioned that i have only 2 months of experience as Workday functional consultant and am not certified. I was interviewed twice on skype and the feedback which i got was that they were very impressed by me. The HR told me that 90% i am almost through it and have bright changes to get the job. I had one more telephonic interview with the Senior HR after clearing that round i was invited to Jaipur for 3 more rounds of interview with the Cloud manager, Recruitment Manager and General Manager. However General Manager was not available on that day so i had only 2 rounds of Interview with Cloud Manager and Recruitment manager where i had again mentioned clearly about my experience and that i am not certified. There were impressed by me however the HR informed me that General Manager is not Available and will be conduction interview on Skpye with me later on. However after 2 days i was informed that i am not selected as i am not certified and do not have enough experience wherein i had clearly mentioned in all rounds of interview about my experience.. In total i had 5 rounds of interview i was very keen to work with Appririo. I would really want to work with Apririo if given an opportunity
