Entrevista
The recruitment process was quite thorough and took around two months in total. It began with an online assessment, and nearly a month later, I was invited to attend an Apple seminar. This was followed by a first-round group interview. Just two days after that, I was invited to a second and final one-on-one interview.
The overall experience was relaxed and causal. The interviewers were friendly.

Plusieurs entretiens, systématiquement en groupe. Processus assez long. Le plus difficile des entretiens que je connaisse. Parfois une longue attente avant réponse. Possibilité de repasser un entretien 6 mois après un échec.

It’s a very long process so have patience. Sometimes they will give you feedback but if you are external you will just receive a turn down email. Keep applying. Apple says it’s not a NO. It’s a not now and that’s very true.

Famously competitive as always, my odds were better since I kept updating my resume whenever I was on the job search. They reached out to me first by email, I completed an application, and then had three rounds of interviews in total.
