Entrevista
The interview process was intense and they will ask you lots of questions that make you think on the spot. They were friendly but it was very difficult to think of a relevant answer quickly. I also didn’t like that you were on a zoom call with other candidates going for the same role, I understand why but you do feel like you’re competing with your answers and if you’re not asked the question first and someone else has answered it in the same way you were going to answer it, it’s hard to think of something else to say and stay confident. My advice is do your research before. There are a number of videos on YouTube where people have shared their experiences and help you get through the interview process.

Think of a time that you had to deal with a difficult customer and how did you get a positive outcome
The process involved an initial application followed by a screening call with a recruiter. This was followed by one or two interviews with team members, focusing on customer service, problem-solving, and cultural fit. The interviewers asked behavioural questions and scenarios related to handling customers and troubleshooting. Overall, the process was structured, professional, and gave a clear understanding of the role expectations.
Erstes Vorstellungsgespräch - 20 Minuten. Sehr angenehm und professionell. Solange man sich bisschen damit beschäftigt, wird es gut laufen. Man muss sich auf jedenfall selbstbewusst und sozial darstellen. Viel lächeln und aktiv zuhören. Stelle auch deine eigenen Fragen, mach es klar dass du die Website dir angeschaut hast und dass du wirklich interessiert bist. Apple ist es egal was du weißt, sei einfach ehrlich und transparent.

Entrevista
One group interview as well as a phase 2/3 interview with the store manager and possibly the director (i didn't make it past the second interview) but everything is straightforward and mainly behavior questions.
