There is a 3 round interview process. 1st round to briefly review the type of marketing we do, as well as why we use this approach. 2nd interview is a job shadow to evaluate people skills, work ethic and attitude. 3rd round is a phone interview with the president of the company where he makes his final decision based off of a Trainer's recommendation.
