Applied online, then was called in to meet an assistant manager. Was asked about my job experience, personality, ability to sell, etc. Then was called back to meet with the main manager. Went over job requirements and start dates. This part of the interview process was as a group. They were hiring 3 other servers at the time as well.

Did an interview with assistant manager, lasted five minutes and they wanted to do another interview with the head manager.
Only asked me two questions which was weird, I never had an interview like that before.
Pretty pointless imo and I don't think they respect your time well - from reading other reviews it seems quite unconviential though so maybe it was just a weird store.
The interview process was quick and easy. They had me come in the morning and ask very basic questions about my previous experience in the industry and some behavior questions
