I seen they were hiring outside of their building. I went in and filled out an application. A day later I got a call asking if I could come in that night, went in and sat with the manager in the dining room. He asked me about my past work experiences and why I want to work at Applebees. Than he told me to wait for the DM to come and interview me. He told me he wanted me to explain a menu item to him in my own words and gave me a minute to look it over, I did a okay job but was very friendly doing it and he offered me the job. Than he told me to check my e-mail the next day and fill out the personality test.

This was a pretty easy interview process. I was asked if I had ever dealt with difficult people and to say what was my motivation for wanting to work at Applebees. It was overall very chill and I enjoyed it.

Was a simple interview and was offered a job afterwards. The manager was kind. It was easy to apply and find an interview time. I was trained shortly after and got paid for the training.
The interview process was fairly straightforward and I felt that the interviewer did what they were supposed to but the focus seemed on like what corporate wants unfortunately. The experience was fine overall though.
