I spoke to a manager about a job and he looked over my application. After he finished he gave me an interview. Afterward he asked if I could come back tomorrow and I said I could. When I did I got interviewed by the front of the house manager and then the general manager. After the interview with the general manager he asked me if I could come to work this Saturday. And that was that.

This was a pretty easy interview process. I was asked if I had ever dealt with difficult people and to say what was my motivation for wanting to work at Applebees. It was overall very chill and I enjoyed it.

It was very simple, on the Applebee's web site, I selected a place and position. Answered about 5 mostly contact related questions and then selected a time for a 1st interview. I think they mostly wanted to see that I was early, dressed nicely (but I didn't wear a tie), and had a pleasant personality via a smile and firm handshake. I was called back for 2nd interview. I am currently waiting to hear back, but think I got the job.
