Received an e-mail to set up a brief phone conversation then was invited to a personal interview and to take their required screening tests, i.e. personality, etc. The personality test required you state your age before it would complete the evaluation.

Very relaxed, conversational style. Seemed to just meander without a purpose but did ask questions that I felt were to disclose information such as age that are not legal to ask outright.
