The interview process is pretty transparent. There are three levels before a decision is made.
1.) One is with the recruiters; this is more of a getting-to-know-you stage. The recruiters just ask screening questions and try to see if you'll be a good fit. There are usually two recruiters in this process. One is from HR and the other would most likely be from the team you'll be working in.
2.) This second interview is more technical and it is done on-site with the Operations manager. Questions are asked based on your resume, and they try to see how your skillset fits the position. Also, questions related to the applied role are asked to see how prepared you are for the challenge ahead.
3.) The last interview is with one of the managers. This shows you are a step closer to receiving that offer letter.
