The interview started with an internal referral, followed by an online application, and three rounds of calls / interviews with a range of staff. The PM hiring also had several individual calls to discuss my concerns / thoughts on joining ARA. Between the 2nd and 3rd round interviews I was requested to provide a writing sample as well as provide responses to several technical questions taking approximately 3-4 hours.
