Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Appriss Retail em out. de 2025
Entrevista
1st interview: Phone screening
2nd interview: Panel Discussion with two senior level employees
3rd interview: Mock Presentation Given to Customer Success Director
I thought the two Senior level individuals were great, but the Customer Success Director acted like a "know-it-all” individual and was less responsive to curious questions — watch for her on that front. The other two responded great, including the the person I would be reporting to and another Senior Data Scientist.
I didn't get the offer — but was turned off by the Customer Success Director and would have most likely rejected the offer if it did come through. I accepted another offer before they sent me a rejection.

Efficient and fast. All the executives and my manager made time to get through the interview process and quickly make a decision on an offer. Many support role executive leaders arranged meet and greets with their team leads to help give a realistic picture of how the day to day work gets done. Very helpful.

Extremely disorganized. The recruiter I spoke with initially was very nice. I then met with the head of the department I would be working in. He had a bad attitude the entire interview. His body language and short questions/answers told me he did not want to be doing the interview. Surprisingly I was "moved on" although I feel that was a mistake as the next person I spoke with says they didn't know why they were interviewing me. Her and I still went through the formality and she was very pleasant, but was unsure of what the next steps were. That was the last time I heard from the company.

We take our employee tenure very seriously and our concern is people who quickly move from job to job. How would you settle that fear of ours?
