Overall, the selection procedure felt quite standard, consisting of routine interviews and predictable aptitude tests; there was nothing particularly unusual, innovative, or surprising about any stage from start to finish.
The interview process was smooth and well-organized. It started with an initial screening round focusing on basic technical concepts and communication skills. This was followed by a technical interview where I was asked questions related to my resume, programming knowledge, and project experience.
