Important Facts = -- This interview was cancelled ~30-45 minutes prior to the interview start time. -- This candidate submitted their test / challenge results 1 hour prior to interview -- This candidate requested extra time, and was given twice as much time as is standard for submitting results What We Did Wrong & What We Would Do Again = -- Cancelling an interview that close to the interview is unprofessional. We could not agree more, and we own this fully. We apologized to the candidate at the time of cancellation, and we apologize again, as the last thing we ever want to be is disrespectful of people who are giving us their time. -- Having said that, we believe that bringing a candidate in for an interview knowing they are not a good fit for the position is disrespectful and a bad use of their time and ours.
