1 phone screen with recruiter followed by another screen by the hiring manager followed by a technical presentation with an audience of 3-4 engineers. I had to prepare a technical presentation on anything from my career. I chose to do something related to test automation and validation. All 3 rounds went well from my side, but they decided I was not a good fit for the role, but what followed was very strange. They reached out to me for another role and asked me to provide my availability twice because it didn't work for them, and after the second request I was travelling and couldn't respond for a couple of days, and they basically said that I am out of consideration because of no response. Not a great way to treat a candidate who had already interviewed with you and done 3 rounds and already provided availability twice, not the candidate's fault that their schedule doesn't align with the hiring manager's.
