Despite my repeated attempts to rectify the issue, the problem persisted, preventing me from progressing to the interview stage. In a bid to address the issue proactively and ensure my application wasn't lost in the system, I reached out directly to the Senior Vice President of Operations & HR. I detailed the technical hiccup, provided my CV, and reiterated my genuine interest in the Client Success Manager position. Disappointingly, my efforts were met with silence. Despite sending follow-up emails, there was no acknowledgment or response from the company. This lack of communication and disregard for a candidate's efforts is disheartening, especially considering my extensive experience in the field, which aligns closely with the job requirements. The whole experience felt like a wasted effort and left me with a sour impression of Appvestor's recruitment process. In conclusion, while my qualifications and enthusiasm for the role were evident, the systemic flaws in the application process and the subsequent lack of response from the company tarnished what could have been a positive experience.
