The team members are very nice and I had an okay overall experience., However, communication needs improvement. My interview process comprised of four interviews, three additional phone calls, and spaned full four months. There is little communication in the process, and the timeline kept changing from 1 month to 2 to 3 to 4. I think they should make the process more transparent and communicate more explicitly about the expectation of the process. They also asked why I did not go to a better college which was strange
