I was contacted by HR asking me to call to talk about the opportunity. We had a great conversation about the opportunity and culture of the company. After a couple days, I was requested to come interview. About a week later, I interviewed with 3 partners who asked some behavioral questions. After a relaxed interview, I was contacted about 3 days later with an offer.

Once my application was reviewed by HR, the interview process moved quickly. My first interview was over the phone with HR and the next two were with partners. All of the interviewers were very conversational and not intimidating.
