1. Hr Round - You will be hand over a sheet like a exam paper you can cheat with your mobile phone even your hr will help you give th correct answers very easy.
2. Manager Round - If the manager is good they ask you about your parents and all if not they will ask you some grammatical questions and why you wanna join this company types.

Entrevista
There was a written test, which tested writing abilities, grammatical skills and editing skills. It was followed by a face to face interview with the team lead and then the HOD. Both of them were amicable. They asked me questions about my previous job, about how I handle different projects and also how I would react to the criticism. I thought the interview went well, but I never heard back from them. They did not reply to my follow up email as well.

Entrevista
Written test followed by interviews with managers and HODs of the respective department. Written test aims at judging your language abilities, while interviews test your personality. Grammar test isn't much difficult. Focus lies primarily on tenses, subject verb agreement, spellings, and other aspects of grammar.
