Interview process is simple woth simple questions. 2 round of jnterview is done. More emphasis is given on project management and ASPICE practice related questions. Also questions about yearly appraisal process for the team is asked. Delivery and execution are important areas to be prepared.

second Interview:- Adminstrative more towards the finanicial side.
