I recently completed the interview process and I can say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. She provided clear expectations about who I would be meeting with and the timeframe. As well as guided my through the offer process. Each interviewer asked questions to understand my sales ability and cultural fit. The conversations felt more like collaborative discussions than high-pressure interrogations, which made me feel comfortable. What stood out most was the transparency and authenticity of everyone I spoke with. It’s clear the company prioritizes a great candidate experience and takes its seriously. Even if I hadn’t received an offer, I would still walk away with a positive impression. Not professional recruiter : Not clearly state compensation package in beginning , and keeps adding more session in the course of interview. tedious, time consuming interview and reject people due to nonsense reason + non professional rejection, after over 8 round of interview and after did many reference checks !
