Very informal and more like a comfortable conversation than a drilling. It was more like sitting with a friend than a potential boss. The interviewer was a very compassionate person that had been in a similar situation in the past which made things allot easier. I was told that after the first of the year I would be called in for a second interview and I will be notified with ample time
