Interviewing began with a screening phone interview with the franchise Sales Manager which resulted in being invited to a group interview. The group interview was conducted by the Sales Manager, the owner, and a corporate Sales Director. This interview was geared at discussing my previous sales experience and evaluating my communication skills, appearance etc. Within 2 hours I was invited to interview one on one with the owner the next day who took little time in offering me the position.
