Entrevista
An HR representative reached out within a week of submitting my application to schedule a 30 minute phone screen. The phone screen actually only took 15 minutes for me, and I was sent a written assessment due within 48 hours to review a contract and invoicing situation. After the assessment, they reached out within 3-4 days to schedule a first round interview with current members of the Managed Organization team.

Arabella is a company that provides infrastructure support and management to non-organizations that work on potentially hot-button issues such as access to abortion, climate justice, and economic equality, how comfortable are you with potentially working on those projects?
The interview process consisted of one phone interview, immediately followed by a written assessment, then a zoom meeting with two employees a week later. Neither women worked on the team I was interviewing for. I promptly received an email that I did not have the experience they were looking for the next morning.
