This interview was for the Accelerate to Leadership program. The interview was conducted on campus at my university and was one on one. The interview consisted primarily of me answering questions about my experiences at my previous internships and jobs in food service. She then asked me questions of the behavioral type. Finally I had time to ask my own questions and my interviewer let me know what I should expect in the coming months. Although I received a position with a team, I was never contacted about where I was placed but luckily I had gotten into Graduate school so I was not as bummed out.

Phone screening, in person interview in an office where staff was in and out. 2nd interview I was interviewed by 2 managers who had the same title and position. Very awkward
