Entrevista
The interviewer gave me a lengthy review of her own stellar career within the company. She also warned me that she doesn't get along with a lot of her employees and that she has had to fire the last two people who held the position that I applied for. In an interview that lasted over an hour, she only asked me one question. The rest of the time was spent talking about herself, the kinds of people she can get along with, and a detailed itinerary of what she expected from someone in the position (broken down into 15 minute increments of an average day).

She explained that the job would be difficult, with many volatile coworkers. She asked me to talk about a job I had where I had to work with a lot of difficult people.

Entrevista
The overall experience was very disorganized and unprofessional. The interview was supposed to be with two people but only one showed up and this person has been in their role for less than a month. The interview had no structure and I was told that they lost their team so it's a lot of stress right now. I sent polite thank you emails to both of them, even the one who was not there with no response. Got an automated rejection email a week later. Lots of red flags so it's probably for the best I did not get an offer.

Entrevista
Nice and kind, informative and responsive. Pretty casual and giving trial tasks similar to role duties. Enjoyed very much. Very relaxed and pleasant atmosphere at the office so I loved the opportunity to join the team
