Through, several interviews, phone interview with talent acquisition person then Human resources then direct manager and the Regional Vice President. Then it took two weeks to hear back from them and before offer letter normal testing.

Very quick and easy. Applied online through a virtual assistance that made applying for the job super easy and convenient. I think this is a very intelligent way for companies to set up the interview process. I know from Personal experience, companies that make applying difficult, often get passed up on.

Long and pointless. Had 3 interviews and was told I’d have an offer for a position. The position ended up not being open. Poor communication and waste of time. I tried to follow up and was ghosted. Didn’t value my time or talent.
