3 people, 30 minutes each, Talking done mostly on their end.
2 out of the 3 interviewers barely asked you things it was more them telling you about the job and if you asked a question it was a unnecessarily long explanation that you were almost sorry you asked it.
God forbid you research about the job on Glassdoor and asked about the common things that were brought up on previous peoples responses, the defense was up.
The building on Nolensville was there for 2 years I was told to make sure I check the dates on the responses, 2 years? Obviously they are recent, the common complaint was management and training (btw!).
The times I was asked a direct question was: How did you hear about this company?, Why do you want to work for us?, Why do you want to leave your current job?
Out of the entire hour and half I was maybe asked 10 questions TOTAL by 3 people, and then I just sat and listened and looked for an opportunity to talk, which didn't come often.
