Recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn for the position, and after exchanging a few emails we set up a phone interview. After the phone interviewed we scheduled a panel interview with 5 individuals from the Company. After this interview there was a skills test for Microsoft Excel. We scheduled a followup 'interview' with several of the team members at a local restaurant a week later. After this more informal interview, the dialogue pretty much ended from their end. I contacted the recruiter about 2 weeks afterwards, and he claimed that he hadn't heard anything. I haven't heard anything since then. Definitely don't recommend working in a company culture where it's considered acceptable to behave in such a manner. Certainly dodged a bullet here!
