Entrevista
They provide 30 mins for a quiz. When you first walk in, you get this glassy-eyed feeling. It was intense, but the vibe wasn't welcoming at all. The questions were standard college-type questions, which I didn't feel were adequate to test for senior developers. They try to throw you off by asking you to think of efficient algorithms to perform a task. I have voiced the fact that I wasn't fond of these types of questions as they were pragmatic or realistic, so even getting these wrong shouldn't be the determining factor when comparing the experience. They have great quality products, but definitely wasn't a good fit for me to work on. Still, wish them the best. After leaving the interview, they ghosted me and never made any decision.

It was a C++ question, my resume didn't show any C++ experience, and the interviewer was surprised.
Very fast and to the point. No several rounds and abuse. They were all very straightforward.
The technical part was challenging but not overly complex. The HR portion had it's share on HR nonsense but it was very quick.

Entrevista
First it starts with a problem that needs a solution. I could choose what language i wanted to implement it. It can also be pseudo code. After reading the problem, you write the solution and then you will explain it to the software architect. He will make a few questions and you may reconsider a few things after the talk.
