I had a recent interview experience that felt very misleading. Although the talent acquisition was communicative and seem engaged, there were red flags throughout the process. HR representative interviewed me without taking any notes throughout my interview, I was asked to complete a case study presentation, and all the sudden the role was unexpectedly eliminated. The experience left me with concerns, as it felt unprofessional.
