Entrevista
The job description suggested 1-3 years of experience and "MBA is a plus", however, I would suggest that only fresh graduates from a four year institution apply, as it appears to be a very entry level job, which i found a little misleading. The interview was easy and they did most of the talking. Met with three people separately and virtually. They were all very nice, but felt as though when it came time to ask them questions, I got inconsistent answers from each of them. If you receive an offer, its not a bad offer for fresh graduates, just not feasible for anyone with 2+ years of Real estate/commercial RE lending experience.

Entrevista
Straightforward interview process. The managers ask you why you want to work in real estate, what you know about the company, and your future goals. Nothing out of the ordinary. It is mainly behavioral questions
Very kind people and easy to talk to. Be prepared to explain why you want to work in this industry, and what led you to realizing this. Mostly behavioral questions and maybe a little bit about what you know about the industry and what skills you possess that will help you to succeed.
