Initial phone screen, interview, and process went very well and normal. Received positive feedback and phone call to expect an offer soon. No offer was ever presented, no closure letter was ever received. Attempts to follow up were met with answering machines and unreturned emails. Candidates that go this far in the process should receive closure one way or the other out of professional courtesy. Everything about the interview process was great except the lack of closure.
