Was speaking to two employees. Interview had a mix of competency and technical questions. Plenty of oppurtunities to ask questions and interviewers do a good job of putting you at ease.

Went to the London office, gave my response to a pre-set brief, told them about my experience and was questioned about basic structural engineering principles. Very kind interviewers and a pleasant experience.
