Initial telephone interview expanded on CV, no special preparation required. Second telephone interview focused on fit - what have you done like this, how did your team work together etc. Face-to-face interview for one hour at Arcadis office. 15 mins preparing a presentation on how you would put together a bid for a piece of work (based on a real life brief). and being quizzed on it. Recruiter contact very good; logistics around interview disappointing - in particular, a continuing assumption that interviews could be arranged at very short notice based on interviewer / panel diaries.

Quick process from application to initial HR interview and then to second interview with the hiring team. Interview was relatively straight forward. But then post second interview, Arcadis completely ghosted me (over 6 weeks no response). Despite follow up, I heard nothing back. Poor form from a company that I would expect better of. I understand many applications across the industry receive no replies, but to do that to someone who has done 2 interviews is just rude.
