My interview process was different from the usually because I met the recruiters at an engineering eweek event and they invited me to visit their office. When I went to the office visit, they showed me around each department and took me out for lunch. After the office visit they offered me an internship
I am still in the process, however, I have done the phone screen and then I am scheduled for a 15 minute in person interview at a conference. The phone screen was 20 minutes long and the interviewer asked very concise questions.
