Someone from the talent acquisition team messaged me on LinkedIn and invited me for an interview. I think the interview went well. She told me that she will get back to me in a day or two. I followed up via email and LinkedIn, but she ghosted me. Never heard from her again. I just received an auto-generated rejection email 5 weeks later.

Entrevista
The hiring process consisted of two layers of interviews: a phone interview to assess initial qualifications and a Hiring Manager interview, followed by a Revit exam. I received an offer within a week.

The interview process was very smooth, I discussed first with the HR person who asked typical questions and afterwards with an architect team Leader about the protocol in and my previous experience.They were both very nice and professional.
