One biased round can screw up your candidature here. 2 out of 3 rounds were good for me, and I had fun during those rounds. Interviewers were interactive, and genuinely expressed interest in extracting what I knew. The third round however was pathetic. The interviewer joined 10 minutes late and was in a hurry to finish the interview. He talked about general project stuff for half hour. Around the half hour mark he asked me to "Design" a crypto website. I had hardly started speaking when he cut me short saying he had heard enough. Maybe he did not like my face. He was least interested in hearing what I had to say. He never asked me about my experience with State management in React, but rejected my on that ground, as per feedback that I received. They need to fix their process as one biased individual is enough to reject you.
