Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Architecture Technology Corporation.
Entrevista
Sent in application, got asked to do an online interview which was 9 questions with 3 minute responses each. Then continued on to an on site interview which they said would be 5 hours but turned out to be 6 and a half. Took me to lunch and offered to pay all expenses for interview (was local so I declined)

To begin the interview process was held up 30 minutes from it's original time, I was about to leave.
The interview process seemed very canned and not focused on things that actually matter. I understand trying to find a good culture fit, but when you ask questions and then aren't part of the dialog it's no longer an interview, it's an interrogation. I just got the sense that the person conducting the interview was either inexperienced or hiding something. I also got the sense that they learned nothing about me or my qualifications.
Weirdest interview I've had in my entire life. I really didn't want to believe the other negative review, but it's apparently true. I regret even applying for this job.

So the process is pretty cut n dry. A phone interview with Human Resources asking "basic" questions, then a technical interview with your boss and an onsite interview.
First interview was with HR, they send you a link and you pick the day / time that works best for you #winning! The HR questions seemed really basic, like uber basic. So I asked the gal I was talking to, why don't you ask more in-depth questions....
Well her response floored me. That as an award winning workplace, cultural fit is of the utmost importance. If my responses to these "basic" questions didn't align with the team's responses, they wouldn't consider the candidate. It's a matrix organization and the number one concern is that everyone gets along. The HR department survey the team yearly to see what behaviors and types of interactions are making the current team successful and they hire based on those behaviors. So there isn't a right or wrong answer to the HR questions, there is a right fit.
All of the negative interviews posted on here, didn't ask the right questions IMHO. I knew the questions were easy and I wanted to know why.
Kudos to ATC-NY for sticking to their cutlural values.
I did ask and the HR gal said she wouldn't tell me the "right" answers because then everyone would answer "correctly" and they wouldn't be able to maintain their culture.
