I applied online and received a request for a telephone interview with Shannon, the CEO. She called me late, and was very rushed and hurried on the phone asking me 4-5 questions and not allowing nor asking me if I had any questions. It left me with the impression that this is not a place I would enjoy working at.

Wonderful, expectations explained and CEO took plenty of time to discuss the company and what we do. I went over the company I worked for and what I took care of financially speaking.

Entrevista
There were two steps after I submitted my application. First, the telephone interview was not hard. As a startup, they cared more about what you actually can do, not your degree. And the matching of company's needs and your skill set. Second, onsite interview, it's more about introducing the office and your future coworkers.
