Candidates apply via email and both resume and cover letter are required. Once the application is submitted, HR will forward the application package to hiring manager. Hiring manager will interview with the candidates together with a panel.

Initial interview was a phone call. The IT lead asked me technical questions and it took about 30 mins. 1st personal interview were with 3 person hiring committee, i was asked situational and technical questions. 2nd interview with hiring committee and the IT team, the IT team took turns in asking me situational and technical questions.
