The interview process consisted of just a couple of steps (HR, Engineering Manager). They completely disappeared for about a month, then HR contacted me as if they didn't know me before and wanted to set up a first interview (?!). I reached out for an update on what was going on and they completely disappeared. very disorganized and unprofessional.
