There was at least a 1 month gap between the second and third interview. They took very long to get back to me. I was asked a lot of pointless rhetorical questions instead of questions that gauged my experience, background and skills.
It seemed very unorganized.

Entrevista
Area 51 ESG is very concerned with finding a candidate that is looking to build their career in procurement. For any recent graduate looking for a serious career field in procurement or aspires to become a procurement specialist/manager then this is a perfect opportunity for you. The interview style will be very casual.
Area 51-ESG contacted me about 3 days after submitting my resume and cover letter through Indeed. In a phone interview Area 51 discussed the business and operations of Area 51-ESG and their company's culture and ethics. Area 51 ESG didn't seem to have many prepared questions for me, but through their conversation with me - HR definitely did a good amount of research upon my prior companies, experiences, and any social media interaction I had left public.
We had about a 1.5 hour casual conversation addressing my concerns and questions about building a career with Area-51 ESG, expectations, growth opportunities, compensation, benefits, etc.
At the end of our conversation, my interviewer scheduled an on-site interview. The on-site interview ran in a similar fashion but going significantly deeper into the roles and expectations of the job. It became very clear to me that selecting the right person is very important to Area-51 ESG. They made the interview a very comfortable place for me to be myself and discuss any hesitations I might of had with accepting such a job.
I was given an offer of employment, but rejected their offer only because I was fortunate enough to be offered a position with a fortune 500 company. At this stage of my career I was looking to explosively progress my career, and I sacrificed a work-life balance and casual work environment for a high stress 50+ hour work week with another company without starting benefits but at a higher base salary.
If I was to highlight reasons for me to accept Area-51 ESG's offer it would be the following:
Meets industry average for pay for entry level positions in procurement, but starts with benefits.
Top level management puts you through adequate training
Autonomy in your work
Top level management encourages work/life balance
