A recruiter contacted me. First-round was a general discussion, about the role and past experience with devs and the QA team. Second round about the technical test. I failed to pass the second round. I was surprised, the way they judge interviews. When I submitted my test, I got an email from a recruiter " devs getting errors in my test". So I gave them suggestions, "not rocket science, simply some node packages were missing". Can you believe that devs do not have an idea about simply package installation? move to the next point, later on, I got the rejection email with feedback " devs team getting error to run the project and some assert has failed." I was shocked. I re-ran the test and boom it was working correctly. SO I made a video about how to run the test and send it to the recruiter but not got any reply. I do not know how they judge to interview. but according to my past experience : People look for, the design of your code, oops concept in our code, framework, and reporting. But here I don't know. I was lucky to get rejection:) Best of luck to other interviews :)
