I applied online through the university career portal. I had the initial 30 min phone screening with the Dartmouth team. It was only personal and motivational and very basic. However, I was not selected to progress to the next stage.

Entrevista
I recently interviewed for a finance internship. It began with competency questions, followed by technical problem-solving. Although I stumbled briefly, the conversation was engaging, and I left feeling challenged, reflective, and motivated to improve.
Very relaed interview with recruiter. Walked through my experience and background, some technicals aswell mixed in at the end. Was overall a very positive experience. Was first round of 3 i believe
