Entrevista
Roughly an hour to two hour interview that was only slightly technical. The questions asked were mostly about experience and more closely related to personality. Boeing's hiring policy prevents them from being too specific in their technical questions. They also cannot tell much about the position due to confidentiality.

Friendly and more of a conversation than a test. Met with multiple engineers and talked about previous experiences and projects. They asked some technical questions, but they weren’t designed to be difficult. More a chance to talk and show my own experience.
