Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 1 semana. Fui entrevistado pela Argos (Manchester, Inglaterra) em ago. de 2016
Entrevista
Had a group interview last week at Argos for a Christmas temp job. It was at 8pm and lasted around an hour. There were 12 other people there and we were told to sit in the staff room until the store closed, then we were told to go and stand on the shop floor. The first activity was to pair up and learn two interesting facts about your partner. My partner was a girl who gave very blunt answers and wouldn't ask me questions so it was quite awkward. We then had to do a maths test which was ridiculously easy. Finally we were put into groups and told to draw a super hero staff member. Two members of my group didn't speak and the other member was horrible. We had to present our drawings and then we were told that we could leave. The interviewer said we'd get a call if we get the job and an email if we didn't by Friday, however it's been over a week now and I still haven't heard back which I find rude.
The Argos interview was structured and professional, with competency-based questions and a clear focus on customer service. The interviewer was friendly and calm, making the process feel fair, organised, supportive. Overall it was a standard retail interview about experience and availability
