Entrevista
The interview was a group interview at my local Argos that took approximately 3 hours, yes 3 hours. The interview was very outgoing and lively with all other candidates and each person got on good, we were asked to do teamwork and icebreaker activities that were easy and showed the skills you may or may not have. Overall the interview was good and seemed really positive and they said they would contact you on friday to confirm whether you had been successful however they didn't contact me at all. I had wasted 3 hours of my time at an interview and they didn't even have the audacity to use 2 minutes of their time to let me know I didn't get it which is absolutely shocking and shameful for Argos, I wouldn't be as bothered if they had actually let me know but they fact they didn't annoyed me a lot.
There was an application, a group activity and role play where you had to describe items from the catalogue and then if successful there was a competency interview with a manager.
